If you’re anything like us, you then decided to shoot for the stars, somewhat out of guilt, and you headed over to your local Pottery Barn Kids store, only to leave sulking about the giant price-tag on your dream set of furniture. Confused and wondering where you should head next perhaps you Googled local kid’s furniture stores, spent hours online looking at questionable retailers on Amazon and Ebay until you finally just about lost all hope. When we set out to find furniture for our kids this is what happened to us and it was a time-consuming, nerve wrecking process that drove us just about crazy. Knowing what we know about the furniture business, and having our home store already open and established, we knew that finding high-quality yet pocket-friendly kid’s furniture did not have to be a painful process thus Pigsty Kids was born.
Pigsty Kids was our second line under our brand “My Pigsty” and we are very passionate about this line. As parents, we know the feeling of wanting to provide for our kids but having that need to balance quality, cost, and durability. Let’s face it, kids can be rowdy and rough and their phases of development can demand a variety of things from their furniture. In our kid’s store we cater to value conscious parents.
We know that parents are busy so we put our prices online, we let you buy online, and we have our delivery techs available to come to your home to deliver and assemble your furniture so that you can do what you want – spend time with your family! We also know that sometimes you just want to “kick the tires” so to speak so we also have a storefront where you can come in and see our furniture talk with our no-pressure staff, look through our catalogs for that “unique” item not on our website, and even bring the kids in to pick out what they like or want to add to their wish-list.
Our staff will not follow you around the store but they will be there to answer questions and assist you. We want you to feel like you are part of the Pigsty family when you shop, so we hire staff members who are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and want to bring the very best to our customers. The owners, the people writing this information, are in-store very frequently.
